(1) JOSSELIN'S TAPAS BAR & GRILL: Approval of special request for temporary
increase of premise to utilize the common area adjacent to the stairwell, per
diagram submitted, on January 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2016; February 3, 10, 17 & 24,
2016; and March 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30, 2016 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
(2) THE WINE SHOP: Approval of special request to conduct tasting of 4 varieties
of wine, per list, on December 30, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on
January 8, 2016 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(3) DARK ROOST LLC: Approval of Application No. 2016 -107 filed on December
241 2015 by Dark Roost LLC dba Dark Roost for a Special Dispenser Beer &
Wine license on January 9, 2016 at 3540 Koloa Road, K61oa, Kauai, Hawaii.
(4) KAUAI COMMUNITY PLAYERS: Approval of Application Nos. Free 2016 -19,
and Free 2016 -20 filed on January 7, 2016 by Kauai Community Players for Free

January 8, 2016 for a Free One -Day Special Dispenser Beer & Wine license on
January 16, 2016 at the Church of the Pacific located at 4520 Kapa Ka Road,

JOSSELIN'S TAPAS BAR & GRILL: Violation of HRS Section 281 -41(e) Transfer of
licenses; notice of change in officers, directors, and stockholders of corporate licenses,
partners of a partnership license, and members of a limited liability company license;
penalty.
3. CONVERSION OF LLC, CHANGE OF FIRM NAME, AND CHANGE IN CORPORATE
OFFICER:
JH PACIFIC RESTAURANTS, LLC: Conversion of JH Pacific Restaurants, LLC from
a member - managed to a manager- managed corporation, now managed by TSAK
Restaurant LLC; change of firm name on Restaurant General License No. 2G -061 from
"Josselin's Tapas Bar & Grill" to " Tapas at Kukui`ula "; Removal of Andrew Ha as
member.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the Commission
may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written
public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive
session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and shall be limited to those items described in
H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
