MAKAI GOLF CLUB: Approval of permanent alteration of premise by
constructing a permanent covering of Makai Grill patio, per diagram submitted,
effective January 20, 2016.

MERRIMAN'S: Approval of temporary increase of premise to include the Palm
Court adjacent to the downstairs cafe, per diagram submitted, on February 3, 10, 17
& 24,2016; March 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30,2016; and April 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2016 from
5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

currently included in the lease agreement, and is under the control of Lighthouse Bistro

public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive
session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and shall be limited to those items described in
H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
