(4) THE WINE SHOP: Approval of special requests for tasting of 4 varieties of wine, per list, on September 3, 2016, and on October 1, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (5) WRANGLER'S STEAKHOUSE: Approval of special request for temporary increase of premises to include area fronting restaurant, per diagram submitted, on August 31, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (6) WALDRON NORTON LILLY INTERNATIONAL, INC.: Approval of Application Nos. 2017 -23, and 2017 -24 for transient vessel licenses for September 21, 2016, and April 24, 2017 for the MV Carnival Legend which will be arriving at the Nawiliwili Harbor on the above mentioned dates. (7) WALDRON NORTON LILLY INTERNATIONAL, INC.: Approval of Application Nos. 2017 -25, 2017 -26, and 2017 -27 for transient vessel licenses for October 22, 2016, December 3, 2016, and 2017 -27 for the MV Carnival Miracle which will be arriving at the Nawiliwili Harbor on the above mentioned dates. f) INFORMATIONAL MATTERS 2. VIOLATION REPORTS: KILOHANA: Violation of Rule 7.13 Fight and Disturbance reports. 3. CHANGE IN CORPORATE OFFICERS: COSTCO WHOLESALE CORPORATION: Removal of all Officers and Directors except for the following: Richard A Galatani, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Director; John C. Sullivan, Vice President & Secretary; and Gail E. Tsuboi, Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary, 4, EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § §92 -4 and 92 -5 (a) (2) (4), 92 -9 (a) (1 -4) (b), the purpose of this executive session is to receive and approve Executive Session minutes, to consider the evaluation of an officer or employee where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved; provided that if the individual concerned requests an open meeting, an open meeting shall be held, and to consult with the Commission's legal counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities as they may relate to this item, deliberate and take such action as appropriate. ANNUAL JOB PERFORMANCE REVIEW OF THE DIRECTOR 2 September 15, 2016 5. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION Ratify Commission's actions taken in Executive Session for: ANNUAL JOB PERFORMANCE REVIEW OF THE DIRECTOR ANNNOUNCEMENTS: Next Scheduled Meeting: Thursday, October 6, 2016 — 4:00 pm, Mo`ikeha Building, Meeting Room #3. ADJOURNMENT EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
