(2) MERRIMAN'S: Approval of special request for temporary increase of premises to
include the Palm Court area, per diagram submitted, on November 9, 16, 23 & 30,
2016, and December 7, 14, 21 & 28, 2016 from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; November
4, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; November 12, 2016 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30
p.m.; November 19, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and December 10, 2016
from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
(3) MONICO'S TAQUERIA: Approval of special request for permanent alteration of
premises to remove walls separating storage area to expand the kitchen and

Markets, Inc. dba Hoku Foods Natural Market for a Retail Dealer Beer & Wine license
located at 4585 Lehua Street, Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii. Deposited $450.
3. OFF - PREMISE WAREHOUSING:
MONICO'S TAQUERIA: Request for off - premise warehousing, per letter and diagram
submitted, at 4 -356 Kuhi`6 Highway, Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii.
4, VIOLATION REPORTS:
9TH ISLAND SPORTS BAR & GRILL: Violation of Rule 4.7(b) Gross liquor sales
report, percentage fee, and records. 31 counts.
ANNNOUNCEMENTS:

ADJOURNMENT
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ( "H.R.S. ") §92 -7(a), the Commission
may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written
public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive

session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92 -4 and shall be limited to those items described in
H.R.S. §92 -5(a).
