Topenio gave the Oath of Office to new commission member Gary Pacheco

quorum.

PRESENTATION
BY LIFE'S CHOICES KAUAI COORDINATOR ON
PARTNERSHIP FOR SUCCESS GRANT
Life's Choices Coordinator Theresa Koki provided some information on the
$220,000 grant her Division recently received, and ways those monies will
be used; the Department of Liquor Control may work in conjunction with
her to implement some prevention programs or activities with the youth.

Ms. Iida moved to accept the change in corporate
officers. Mr. Oda seconded the motion. Motion
