ADJOURNMENT NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §92-7 (a), the Committee may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance.
