Earlier this month, the Administration on Aging announced the theme for this year’s Older American’s Month, ‘Age Out Loud’, which is celebrated in May. “The theme provides aging with a new voice, one that truly reflects the lifestyle of today’s older adults,” said Kealoha Takahashi, Executive on Aging. “More than ever before, older Americans are working longer, trying new things, and engaging in their communities. They are taking charge, striving for wellness, focusing on independence, and advocating for themselves and others.” For more information, please call the AEA at 241-4470.
