UPDATE: Flash Flood Warning cancelled LĪHU‘E – The National Weather Service has cancelled the Flash Flood Warning for Kaua‘i as of 10:45 p.m., Monday. One lane of Kūhiō Highway, in the vicinity of Hanalei Bridge, has been reopened to alternating traffic. Due to the reopening of the highway, the American Red Cross Shelter in Hanalei is now closed. Personnel from the state Department of Transportation have also reported that the downed tree on Kūhiō Highway near Lumaha‘i has been cleared.
