Managing Director KAUA‘I POLICE DEPARTMENT News Release For Immediate Release: December 7, 2017 DARRYL PERRY, CHIEF Tel (808) 241-1600 Fax (808) 241-1604 Police operation leads to 10 arrests The Kaua‘i Police Department’s Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (FAST) along with members of the Hawai‘i State Sherriff’s Division conducted a special mission in the Koloa, Kalaheo and Waimea areas on Wednesday, which led to multiple arrests. During the operation, 10 subjects were arrested for 11 warrants, totaling $69,200 in bail. The warrants served included Contempt of Court and Failure to Appear charges in District and Circuit Court, Felony Drug and Burglary Informational Charging warrants, and a Probation Revocation warrant. Among those apprehended included the arrest of Daniel Lee Isobe, age 50 of Līhu‘e, who had an outstanding Circuit Court Probation Revocation warrant for $50,000 stemming from a Sexual Assault case in 2014. ###
