Replaces existing chain -link with a wood fence. Gate was shown on the permit site plan. 32 ft of wood fences/gates for an outdoor shower area (gravel) Landscape seating bench: Three benches totaling 66 ft at 18" wide. One with a stainless steel fire box which fits in the bench. The benches require an after the fact SMA minor permit. They were placed by the project manager at the request of the landscape architect. IRS Weir was on the mainland during this period for medical reasons and failed to brief the PM regarding SMA requirements; the architect's request was unanticipated. Exemption 2 In cases where the applicant can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Planning Director that the applicant's proposed structure or subdivision will not affect beach processes, impact public beach access, or be affected by or contribute to coastal erosion or hazards, excluding natural disasters.
