increase awareness of motorists traveling on Rice Street.

Residentially Zoned Lots, to eliminate the lapse of the special
fund created to deposit revenues from the recertification process
conducted between December 2014 to February 2015, and also
eliminate the ten-year build out requirement for the Additional
Dwelling Unit by striking language restricting issuance of
