Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Kagawa, seconded by Councilmember Kaneshiro, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the November 10, 2014 Special Economic Development (Sustainability / Agriculture / Food / Energy) & Intergovernmental Relations Committee Meeting, Water Workshop was approved.
