Chock Honorable Arryl Kaneshiro Honorable JoAnn A. Yukimura Honorable Ross Kagawa Honorable Gary L. Hooser, Ex-Officio Member (present at 10:52 a.m.) Honorable Mel Rapozo, Ex-Officio Member Excused: Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i There being no objections, the Committee recessed at 8:30 a.m., to convene in the Planning Committee Meeting. The Committee reconvened at 10:52 a.m., and proceeded on its agenda items, as shown in the following Committee Reports, which are incorporated herein by reference: CR-PWPR 2015-11: on PWPR 2015-03 Communication (07/20/2015) from Committee Chair Kagawa, requesting the presence of the County Engineer, to provide a briefing on the Hardy Street Improvements (status of project construction and completion), including an update on the impact on traffic surrounding Elsie H. Wilcox Elementary School (during drop-off and afternoon pick-up times). (Received for the Record.) PWPR COMMITTEE MEETING 2 AUGUST 12, 2015 CR-PWPR 2015-12: on PWPR 2015-04 Communication (08/03/2015) from Committee Chair Kagawa, requesting the presence of the County Engineer, to provide an update on concerns related to the operations at the Kekaha Landfill. (Received for the Record.) (Note: The Committee was in recess for lunch from 12:40 p.m. to 1:40 p.m. during discussion on PWPR 2015-04.)
