the Council of the County of Kauai at its meeting held on April 22, 2015, by the

AGAINST ADOPTION: None TOTAL— 0,
EXCUSED & NOT VOTING: Hooser, Rapozo TOTAL— 2.
approved by the Mayor on April 23, 2015, and now has the effect of law as Ordinance
No. 984.
