KPD asks for public's help identifying man in surveillance photo
KAPA`A — The Kauai Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying the
man seen in this photo. Police are looking to speak with him about an incident that occurred at
the NAPA Auto Parts store on Kipuni Way, in Kapa`a, on July 31, 2017.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on July 31, store personnel observed an unknown Caucasian
male take a jumper pack from the store and walk out without paying.
When store personnel approached the man in an attempt to retrieve the jumper pack, he
threatened them and fled the scene on foot. As the subject was fleeing, he left the jumper pack
behind.
Anyone with information on this person is urged to contact police at 241-1711. Those
