DOW office will be opened on Wednesday, August 22nd
Departmental staff training postponed
LIHUE — The previously scheduled Department of Water (DOW) office closure and Departmental staff
training has been postponed until further notice. Therefore, the DOW office and all services will be available
on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, during normal business hours.
The DOW's normal business hours are from Monday to Friday, except holidays, at 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
with customer service lobby hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In addition, a payment drop box accepting
check payments, is available 24-hours a day and is centrally located in the DOW's parking lot.
The DOW apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks customers for their understanding and
cooperation.
