All customers may now resume normal water use. Customers should be advised that when the water main is turned back on, air and or existing sediment may be mixed into the water causing it to appear white or milky. This is normal and if it occurs, customers may flush water out from an outside hose bib until the water runs clear. There are no additional DOW-issued notices in place at this time. DOW also announces that its administrative offices will be open during normal business hours on Monday, August 27. DOW thanks all customers for their patience and cooperation during the recent emergency weather events.
