Managing Director ALDEN ALAYVILLA, PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER Tel (808) 241-4909 Fax (808) 241-6877 County to host community meeting on drug addiction KAPA`A — The Mayor's Advisory Committee for Treatment and Community Integration will host "Drug Addiction 101," a community meeting at Kapa'a Missionary Church on Tuesday, July 17, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Attendees will hear from Uma Sivanathan of the Mana'olana Center for Health and Healing about her journey with her family through the struggles with addiction and the realization of her dream to establish a center for health and healing. Following the presentation, members of the community may participate in discussions to determine individual concerns. Supportive agencies will also be on site to answer questions and provide resource information.
