KPD is asking for help with finding wanted man
LTHUE — The Kauai Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Richard
Leibman.
Leibman is wanted on three $50,000 Bench Warrants for Revocation or Modification of
Probation.
Leibman is a 40-year-old Caucasian male with green eyes and brown hair. He is five
feet, nine inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

He is believed to frequent the Princeville and North Shore area.
