Police continue search for Richard Leibman
LTHUE — Richard Leibman remains a wanted fugitive and police are continuing to ask for
the public's help in locating him.
Leibman is wanted on three $50,000 Bench Warrants for Revocation or Modification of
Probation.
Leibman is a 40-year-old Caucasian male with green eyes and brown hair. He is five
feet, nine inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.
He is believed to frequent the Princeville and North Shore area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call KPD immediately at 241-
1711. Those wishing to remain anonymous may call Kauai CrimeStoppers at 246-8300.
