2. MAJOR CHANGES AND/OR VARIANCES IN OPERATIONS BUDGET:
FY 2020
FY 2021
Increase in salary & wages due to collective bargaining agreements and addition
of new Senior Clerk position.
3. OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES:
None
4. TOP 3 OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS FROM FY 2020:
a) Completed Compliance Checks with the assistance of the University of
Hawaii-Office of Public Health Studies for the first time since 2016.
b) Completed amendments to the Rules & Regulations of the Liquor control
Commission.
c) Sent staff and commissioners to valuable training and conferences both in
state and on the mainland.
