10. Regarding “R&M BUILDING” ($107,000 to $236,627) (page 296), please provide a detailed
summary breakdown of the plans and costs for “BASEYARD, OFFICE ROOF & GUTTER REPAIRS” ($170,000).
Response: The Department of Parks and Recreation County’s Facility Maintenance Division
provided this information:
The Transportation Agency requested estimates to paint their roof due to rusted panels on the
Maintenance Shop.
Scope of work for Transportation Baseyard and Office: 1. Cut off rusted sections of metal roof, and replace with new metal roof sections.
2. Repair or replace rusted sections of metal gutter.
3. Clean, prep, and coat the entire metal roofs and gutters, for the Maintenance and Office Buildings.
4. Estimated cost, $170,000.
The Transportation Agency appreciates your requests for clarification with our budget requests.
