Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua'i County Charter, the Kaua'i County Council hereby approves the following Council appointment as follows: PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE, NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION FUND COMMISSION Jonathan Thomas Lucas (Koloa-Po'ipii-Kalaheo) Term Expires 12/31/2022 SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval. SECTION 3.
