Re: 2020 Travel Fund
Kauai Representative
Dear Ms. Jabola Carolous,
The past four (4) years a few of the Kauai Committee on the Status of Women had the
privilege of attending the National Association of Commissions for Women. These
conferences have been educational and inspiriting for the members who attended.
On behalf of the Kauai Committee on the Status of Women, we humbly request funding for
the 2020 NACW in the amount of $6,000 in order for other members of the Kauai
Committee on the Status of Women to attend (i.e., to help defray registration costs, hotel
and/or airfare).
We sincerely hope that this funding request is approved. We will continue to support the
committee's mission in attending powerful conferences as the NACW and look to the next
conference in Chicago.
Respectfully submitted,
Edie Ignacio Neumiller, Secretary
