Water service restored to customers on Ihilani Place in Kapa'a
KAPA'A—The Department of Water announces water services has been restored to customers located
on Ihilani Place in Kapa'a. DOW crews completed repairs to a service lateral and customers may resume
normal water use.
DOW thanks customers on Ihilani Place in Kapa'a, for their patience while repairs were conducted.
