Water service restored to customers in Wainiha - Conservation request continues
12:00 P.M. WAINIHA—The Department of Water (DOW) announces that water service has
been restored to customers located in Wainiha, following a break in a main line on
Powerhouse Road. Water conservation measures remain in place until 1 P.M. to allow the
water levels in the Wainiha water tank to replenish.
Customers are asked to limit water use to essential uses only; such as drinking,
cooking and sanitation purposes until 1 P.M. An update will be provided if new
information becomes available.
