Traffic advisory on Uhi`o Highway between Lehua Street and Kou Street
in Kapa'a
KAPA'A—The Department of Water (DOW) will be conducting road work on Kuhi'o Highway between Lehua
Street and Kou Street in Kapa'a today, Sept. 24th from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting.
Intermittent lane closures are expected and traffic control will be in place. Motorists are advised to adhere
to all traffic personnel and signage and to proceed with caution while traveling through the area.
