County of Kauai to host 2019 Big West Men's Golf Championship
WAILUA — The County of Kauai will be hosting the 2019 Big West Men's Golf
Championship at the Wailua Golf Course from April 29 to 30. The golf course will be closed for
public play all day on April 29, and will resume on April 30 at 1 p.m.
This tournament is free to spectators, and will feature a field of Division I collegiate
teams which include the University of Hawaii men's golf team and defending champion UC
Irvine.
The tournament starts at 8 a.m. daily, and spectators are expected to follow proper golf
course etiquette at all times.
If you need an ASL interpreter, materials in an alternate format, or other auxiliary aid
support, or an interpreter for a language other than English, please contact the Department of
Parks and Recreation at 241-4456 or dagaran@kauai.gov before the tournament.
