DAHILIG, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF News Release For Immediate Release: June 21, 2019 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS LYLE TABATA, DEPUTY COUNTY ENGINEER Tel (808) 241-4996 Fax (808) 241-6604 Lane closures scheduled for Haleko Road from June 25-28 LIHUE — The Department of Public Works is announcing that both lanes will be closed on Haleko Road, from Pua Loke Street to Rice Street, from June 25 to 28 to allow Maui Kupono Builders to conduct road construction work from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting. Only motorists visiting businesses along Haleko Road will be allowed to enter the work zone. Flaggers will be positioned to assist motorists during these closures. Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow for extra time to get to destinations.
