Reynold's Kapahi H15 Bottle Redemption Center to temporarily close
KAPAHI — After operating for 14 years, Reynold's Recycling will be closing their Kapahi
H15 Redemption Center on Kawaihau Road on Saturday, Dec. 28, at 5 p.m.
"We thank you for your patronage and look forward to serving east side residents again,"
said Terry Telfer, president of Reynold's Recycling. "The company is working to reopen a site in
the Kapahi area, however, an exact date is to be determined."
Reynolds' other H15 Redemption Center in Lihue at the 3460 Ahukini Rd. at the Kauai
Resource Center will continue to operate every day except Wednesdays and Sundays from 9
a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed for lunch from noon to 1:30 pm.
Kapaa residents may also redeem their H15 containers at Kauai Community Recycling
Services at 962 Kipuni Way in Arzadon Industrial Center next Gather Federal Credit Union.
This site is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There is no closure for
lunch.
