Emergency water service shutdown on Hekili Road in Kapa’a
(7:40 a.m.) KAPA’A– The Department of Water (DOW) announces an emergency water service shutdown
on Hekili Road in Kapa’a for approximately 4 to 5 hours; weather permitting, due to a recently damaged
main line in the area. DOW crews are on scene and have begun conducting the emergency repairs.
