1. PUBLIC HEARING:
a) BAMBOO GRILL TRIPLE B’S: Application No. 2019-091 was filed on May 29, 2019
by R. Ogata LLC dba Bamboo Grill Triple B’s for a New Restaurant General (Live
entertainment and no dancing) license located at 2-2514 Kaumualii Highway, Suite #216,
Kalaheo, Kauai, Hawaii. The Commission accepted Application No. 2019-091 for
publication and public hearing on June 27, 2019 and ordered to print notice of public
hearing in The Garden Island on Wednesdays, July 3 & 10, 2019, scheduling the public
hearing on September 5, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter in Meeting Room #3 of
the Līhu‘e Civic Center, Mo'ikeha Building, 4444 Rice Street, Līhu‘e, Kauai, Hawaii.

2) PRINCEVILLE WINE MARKET: Approval of special request for tasting of 3
varieties of distilled spirits, per list on August 16, 2019 and 9 varieties of wine, per
list, on August 29, 2019, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
3) BEACH HOUSE RESTAURANT: Request for temporary increase of premises to
include the patio lawn space, per diagram submitted, on September 1, 6, 7, 14, 19, 20,
21, 26, 28 & 29, 2019.
4) ROB’S GOOD TIMES GRILL: Request for temporary increase of premises to
include the outside area fronting the establishment, per diagram submitted, from 7:00
p.m. on August 17, 22019 to 2:00 a.m. on August 18, 2019.
5) DUKE’S CANOE CLUB: Request for temporary increase of license to include the
grass area fronting the restaurant, per diagram submitted, on October 11, 2019 from
12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
6) KAUAI HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI FOUNDATION: Approval of Application No.
Free 2020-07 filed on August 6, 2019 by Kauai High School Alumni Association for
a Free One-Day Special Dispenser General license on August 17, 2019 at the Kauai
War Memorial Convention Hall, 4191 Hardy Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii.
7) KAUAI NORTH SHORE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION: Approval of Application
No. Free 2020-08 filed on July 31, 2019 by Kauai North Shore Community

6. CANCELLATION OF LIQUOR LICENSE:
AGR, INC.: Request cancellation of Restaurant General liquor license No. 2G-022
issued to AGR, Inc. dba Brick Oven Pizza effective August 19, 2019.
7. TRANSFER OF LIQUOR INVENTORY:
AGR, INC.: Request to transfer liquor inventory, per inventory submitted, from their
closed Wailua restaurant to their Kalaheo restaurant.

8. ALCOHOL PURCHASE PERMIT:
GLOBAL ALGAE INNOVATIONS: Request permit to purchase ethyl alcohol for use in
their lab.
9. LICENSE IN ABEYANCE:
WAINIHA GENERAL STORE: Request from Wainiha General Store, Inc. dba Wainiha
General Store to hold Retail Dealer Beer & Wine license No. 4BW-010 in abeyance
(safekeeping) as she is considering transferring the license.
