BUSINESS
SC 2019-04 Discussion on establishing the maximum cap for salaries for certain County
officers and employees included in Section 3-2.1 of the Kauai County Code for
the Fiscal Year 2020/2021. (On-going)
SC 2019-06 Discussion and decision-making related to a proposal for a Charter Amendment to
Section 29.01 Organization and Section 29.02 Policies of the Kaua‘i County
Charter, Article XXIX Salary Commission.
NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §92-7 (a). The Commission may, when deemed necessary,
hold an executive session on any agenda item without written public notice if the executive
session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to
HRS §92-4 and shall be limited to those items described n HRS §92-5(a).

discretion of the chairperson or presiding member.
