SC 2019-03 Discussion and decision-making on submitting a Salary Resolution establishing the maximum cap for salaries for certain County officers and employees included in Section 3-2.1 of the Kauai County Code for the Fiscal Year 2018/2019. ANNOUNCEMENT Suggested meeting dates to be determined: 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday January 9, 2019 and/or January 30, 2019 NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §92-7 (a). The Commission may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance.
