DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION on the 2019 Annual Mayors Report ANNOUNCEMENTS Next Meeting: Thursday, June 4, 2020 — 1:00 p.m. BOARD OF REVIEW CONFERENCE —May 29, 2020, Honolulu Conference -Cancelled PUBLIC COMMENTS EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to sections 92-4, 92-5(a)(4), 92-9(a)(1-4)(b) and 92-6(a)(2), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board anticipates going into executive session, closed to the public, for the purposes of: (1) Exercising the adjudicatory function of the Board in order to deliberate the merits of the appeals presented at today's hearing of which appellants will be informed of the Board's decision in writing at a later date (2) Receiving and approving Executive Session minutes, if applicable, and (3) Consulting with the Board's Attorney on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities as these may relate to the appeals scheduled (see attached listings) An Equal Opportunity Employer a. Any such executive session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and shall be limited to those items described in H.R.S. §92-5(a). PUBLIC COMMENTS and TESTIMONY WRITTEN TESTIMONY Persons wishing to offer comments are encouraged to submit written testimony at least 24-hours prior to the meeting indicating: 1. Your name and if applicable, your position/title and organization you are representing. 2. The agenda item that you are providing comments on; and 3. Whether you will be testifying in person or submitting written comments only. While every effort will be made to copy, organize and collate all testimony received, materials received on the day of the meeting or improperly identified may be distributed to the members after the meeting is concluded.
