PERMANENT DECREASE/INCREASE OF PREMISES: PV EATS: Request for permanent decrease of retail premises by approximately 1,005 square feet, which will reduce the retail space from 3,348 square feet to 2,343 square feet; and permanent increase of dispenser premises by approximately 1,005 square feet, which will enlarge the dispenser space from 2,132 square feet to 3,137 square feet. 5.
