1. PUBLIC HEARING:
THE ODOM CORPORATION: Application No. 2020-068 was filed on December 9,
2019 for a New Wholesale Dealer General license from The Odom Corporation dba The
Odom Corporation located at 3140 Oihana Street, Līhu‘e, Kauai, Hawaii. The
Commission accepted Application No. 2020-068 for publication and public hearing on
January 2, 2020 and ordered to print notices of public hearing in The Garden Island
newspaper on Wednesdays, January 8th & 15th, 2020, scheduling the public hearing on
March 5, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter in Meeting Room #3 of the Līhu‘e Civic
Center, Mo'ikeha Building, 4444 Rice Street, Līhu‘e, Kauai, Hawaii.

1) BIG SAVE HANALEI: Approval of special request to conduct sampling of 4
varieties of beer, per list, in designated tasting area, per diagram submitted, on
February 14, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
2) KILOHANA: Approval of special request for temporary decrease of premises to
include the luau pavilion on February 22, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
3) HAPAG LLOYD (BAHAMAS) LTD.: Approval of Application No. 2020-072 for a
Transient Vessel license for the vessel MV Europa, which will be arriving at
Nawiliwili Harbor on March 11, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. and depart at 5:00 p.m.
4) ROTARY CLUB OF POIPU BEACH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION: Approval of
Application No. Free 2020-63 filed on February 26, 2020 by Rotary Club of Poipu
Beach Community Foundation for a Free One-Day Special Retail Dealer license on
March 14, 2020 at Kilohana Pavilion located at 3-2087 Kaumualii Highway, Lihue,
Kauai, Hawaii.

3. NEW LIQUOR LICENSE:
HOKUALA GOLF MANAGEMENT, LLC: Application No. 2020-073 was filed on
February 19, 2020 by Hokuala Golf Management, LLC dba The Ocean Course at
Hokuala for a New Dispenser General (Live entertainment and dancing) license located
at 3351 Hoolaulea Way, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii. Deposited $450.
4. TEMPORARY LICENSE:
HOKUALA GOLF MANAGEMENT, LLC: Application No. 2020-074 was filed on
February 19, 2020 by Hokuala Golf Management, LLC dba The Ocean Course at
Hokuala for a Temporary License located at the current location at the Kauai Lagoons
located at 3351 Hoolaulea Way, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii. Deposited $60.
5. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Briefing by Deputy County Attorney on the job description for the position of Liquor
Control Director.

ADJOURNMENT:
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. ("H.R.S.") §92-7(a), the Commission
may, when deemed necessary, hold an executive session on any agenda item without written
public notice if the executive session was not anticipated in advance. Any such executive
session shall be held pursuant to H.R.S. §92-4 and shall be limited to those items described in
H.R.S. §92-5(a).
