Emergency water service shutdown on Kuhio Highway in Kapa’a
(12:30 p.m.) KAPA'A - The Department of Water (DOW) announces an emergency water service
shutdown on a portion of Kuhio Highway; between Hoi Road and Wana Road, in Kapa'a for
approximately 3 to 4 hours.
DOW crews are conducting repairs to a recently damaged distribution line in the area.
Motorists are advised to drive with caution and adhere to flagger personnel.
An update will be provided if new information is received.
