DOW Final update: Water service restored on Kuhio Highway in Kapa’a
(4 p.m.) KAPA’A – The Department of Water (DOW) has restored water services to customers on Kuhio Highway;
between Aleka Loop Road and the Waipouli Bridge, Pouli Road and Kamoa Road in Kapa’a as of approximately
3:45 p.m. this afternoon.
Crews have completed the main line repairs on Kuhio Highway and customers may now resume normal water
use.
DOW thanks Kapa’a customers for their patience and cooperation during the emergency main line repairs.
