Two arrested for promotion of illegal drugs
LĪHUʿE – Kauaʽi police arrested two 51-year-old Līhuʿe men, Alika White and Darin Kimmel, after
locating illegal drugs in their possession.
On March 4, KPD’s Vice Section executed a search warrant on the residence where they both
reside. During the search to arrest, police recovered approximately 35.9 grams of heroin with a street
value worth around $9,000, as well as 0.6 grams of methamphetamine and $7,060 in U.S. currency.
White was arrested on March 4 for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the First Degree and
Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.
Kimmel was arrested on March 4 for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.
Both were booked and released pending investigation.
