Kaua‘i War Memorial Convention Hall testing center implements ticketing system
LĪHUʻE – Due to high demand for testing, the County’s free testing site at the Kaua‘i War
Memorial Convention Hall is implementing a ticketing system to avoid long wait times.
Beginning at 8 a.m. each weekday, staff will distribute a limited number of tickets with a specific
time to return for the free test. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The War
Memorial Conventional Hall testing center is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 4191 Hardy St.
Residents seeking testing are encouraged to utilize other testing options.
The County’s Mobile Testing Van offers free testing in a different community each day, from 9
a.m. to 1 p.m. Results are provided the same day. No appointment is needed. The mobile van is located
at Kekaha Neighborhood Center on Wednesdays, Kīlauea Neighborhood Center on Thursdays, Kalāheo
Neighborhood Center on Fridays, Hanalei Neighborhood Center on Saturdays, and Bryan J. Baptiste
Sports Complex in Kapa‘a on Sundays.
Līhu‘e Pharmacy Group offers free drive-thru testing seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Appointments are highly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. For an appointment, register online
at http://PreventCOVIDHI.com or call (808) 635-4968. Photo ID required. No insurance or physician’s
order needed. They are located at 4491 Kolopa St in Līhu‘e, next to State Farm.
Wilcox Medical Center in Līhu‘e offers drive-up testing center with a physician order. To get a
physician order, call your primary care physician. If you do not have a primary care physician, you may
call the Hawaii Pacific Health COVID-19 Virtual Clinic to be evaluated by a care provider who can order a
COVID-19 test if clinically appropriate. Call 808-462-5430 and select option 3. The Wilcox drive-up
testing center is located at the rear entrance of the medical center at 3-3420 Kuhio Highway, Lihue. It is
open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Closed weekends and Labor Day. More information:

Kaua‘i Veterans Memorial Hospital (KVMH) in Waimea offers drive-up testing with a physician
order. Enter the Emergency Department driveway located off Waimea Canyon Road to access the drive-
up testing. It is open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to noon. Closed weekends and Labor Day.
Clinical Labs of Hawaii is offering COVID-19 screenings by appointment only at two locations:
Kukui Grove Executive Center in Lihue, 4370 Kukui Grove St. Suite 108 (near movie theatre), and Kauai
Medical Clinic in the Kapaa Shopping Center, 4-831 Kuhio Highway, Suite 332. Appointments available
via the Clinical Labs website at http://ClinicalLabs.com/COVID. When arriving at one of these screening
locations, be prepared to provide a physician’s order, photo ID and phone number.
Longs Kapa‘a offers drive-up testing seven days a week by appointment only. Tests are sent to
the mainland and results may be delayed. To make an appointment, visit

Poipu Mobile MD Clinic provides paid walk-in testing at their clinic at 1941 Poipu Road, Koloa,
HI 96756, and mobile in-home testing. They are available for appointments seven days a week from 8
