Lane closures for multiple sections of Kōloa Road and Maluhia Road scheduled from Oct. 18
to Oct. 22
KŌLOA – The Department of Public Works and Goodfellow Bros. LLC. are announcing there will
be partial lane closures on multiple sections of Kōloa Road and Maluhia Road from Oct. 18 to Oct. 22,
from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., for punch list items and roundabout work. Motorists are advised to expect brief
and occasional delays. Please exercise caution when commuting through the work area.
Ōma‘o Road is a narrow residential road that is not intended to be used as a detour route and
not designed for high volumes of traffic or truck traffic. The speed limit is 25 mph for the entire length of
Ōma‘o Road. Through trucks are prohibited on Ōma‘o Road for the duration of this project.
