Yoshioka (808) 241-4800 SPECIAL PRIMARY ELECTION VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE Līhu‘e, Kaua‘i – The voter registration deadline for the upcoming Special Primary Election for the Prosecuting Attorney is Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Qualified Kaua‘i residents must register to vote by December 8th in order to receive a ballot in the mail for the Special Primary Election. Anyone not registered to vote by December 8th can still register and vote in the Special Primary Election, however, they must do so in-person at the Voter Service Center (VSC) located in the basement of the Historic County Annex building located at 4386 Rice Street in Līhu‘e. The VSC is currently offering same day registration and accessible in-person voting services during the following dates and times: December 6 to December 17, 2021 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday) December 18, 2021 (Special Primary Election Day) 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For additional information, please contact the Elections Division of the Office of the County Clerk at (808) 241-4800. ###
