Reminder: Building Permit Electronic Plan Review System to be down for maintenance
Dec. 8 to Dec. 12
LĪHU‘E – The Department of Public Works Building Division is reminding the public that the
Building Permit Electronic Plan Review System (ePlan) will be offline to users from midnight Dec. 8 to
midnight Dec. 12, for required maintenance.
ePlan is expected to be accessible to users on Monday, Dec. 13.
