COMMUNICATIONS: C 2018-83 Communication (02/22/2018) from the Chief of Police, requesting Council approval to accept Hawai`i High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) discretionary funding from the Office of National Drug Control Policy, in the amount of $147,000.00, to be used in obtaining technical communication/wireless equipment.
