FOUNTAIN-TANIGAWA, County Clerk: Committee Chair Kaneshiro, we have one (1) registered speaker and two (2)pieces of written testimony. The registered speaker is Chris Faye. CHRIS FAYE: Good afternoon, I am Chris Faye, a resident of Kekaha. Many generations in Kekaha. I just wanted to state one of the benefits of this piece of property for the community is that it is one of the few properties that does not have the highway in front of it. When you are on the property, you are directly on the beach. The other nice benefit is it increases the public land that is available around the boat harbor, most of the land is privately owned. There is very little state land, so it opens up the access a little more for the harbor. That is all I have to say today. Committee Chair Kaneshiro: Thank you. There is no one else in the audience, so this public hearing is now adjourned. There being no further testimony, the public hearing adjourned at 1:37 p.m. Respectfull, submitted, ate I JA IW, FOUNTAIN-TANIGAWA Cou y Clerk :dmc
