HomeMy WebLinkAbout12/18/2019 Public hearing minutes on BILL 2765 PUBLIC HEARING DECEMBER 18, 2019 A public hearing of the Council of the County of Kaua`i was called to order by Arryl Kaneshiro, Chair, Committee of the Whole, on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 1:31 p.m., at the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Historic County Building, Lihu`e, and the presence of the following was noted: Honorable Arthur Brun Honorable Mason K. Chock Honorable Felicia Cowden Honorable Luke A. Evslin Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i Honorable Arryl Kaneshiro Excused: Honorable Ross Kagawa The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following: "Bill No. 2765 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B-2019-856, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE OPERATING BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2019 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2020, BY REVISING THE AMOUNTS ESTIMATED IN THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUND (Waimea Parcel Mowing, Canal Cleaning, and Security— $230,000.00)," which was ordered to print by the Council of the County of Kaua`i on November 20, 2019, and published in The Garden Island newspaper on November 25, 2019. The hearing proceeded as follows: SCOTT K. SATO, Deputy County Clerk: We received no written testimony and have no registered speakers. Council Chair Kaneshiro: Anyone in the audience wishing to testify on this? Eddie? No? Seeing none, this public hearing is now adjourned.
