Chock Honorable Felicia Cowden Honorable Luke A Evslin (via remote technology) Honorable Ross Kagawa Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i Honorable Arryl Kaneshiro Excused Honorable Arthur Brun* JADE K FOUNTAIN-TANIGAWA, County Clerk Please note that today's public hearing will be called to order pursuant to Governor Ige's Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated March 16, 2020, Sixth Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated April 25, 2020, and Seventh Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated May 5, 2020 The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following. "Bill No 2793 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT FOR BARGAINING UNIT 14 BETWEEN JULY 1, 2019 AND JUNE 30, 2021," which was ordered to print by the Council of the County of Kaua`i on May 20, 2020, and published in The Garden Island newspaper on May 29, 2020.
