Please note that today's public hearing will be called to order pursuant to Governor Ige's Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated March 16, 2020, Sixth Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated April 25, 2020, and Seventh Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated May 5, 2020 The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following• "Resolution No. 2020-28 — RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF AN EASEMENT INTEREST IN LAND REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE, TO WIT.
