A public hearing of the Council of the County of Kaua`i was called to order by
Mason Chock, Chair, Planning Committee, on Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at
11.09 a m , at the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Historic County
Building, Lihu`e, and the presence of the following was noted•

today's public hearing will be called to order pursuant to Governor Ige's
Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated March 16, 2020, Sixth
Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated April 25, 2020, Seventh
Supplementary Emergency Proclamation dated May 5, 2020, Eighth Supplementary
Emergency Proclamation dated May 18, 2020, Ninth Supplementary Emergency
Proclamation dated June 10, 2020, and Tenth Supplementary Emergency
Proclamation dated July 17, 2020
The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following.
"Bill No 2794 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 10, KAUAI COUNTY CODE 1987, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO ENFORCEMENT, LEGAL PROCEDURES, AND PENALTIES,"
which was ordered to print by the Council of the County of Kaua`i on June 17, 2020,
and published in The Garden Island newspaper on June 24, 2020
This hearing proceeded as follows.
Committee Chair Chock- Okay, thank you. We received no written
testimony and did not have anyone registered to speak this morning

There being no one present to testify on this matter, the public hearing
adjourned at 11.10 a.m.
